Jessica and Justin were just an amazing couple to work with. They gave us the vision for their day and then let us run free with our interpretation of it. She was a vintage Hollywood bride all the way… from her bridal shoot (which I need to post now!) all the way though the wedding. It was romantic and dramatic and totally “Jessica”. We were so happy to work with their families and, to be honest, are a little sad that it’s over! It’s actually quite insane that I’m a professional photographer and yet my kids rarely get photographed! It’s a classic case of the cobbler’s children have no shoes. But recently, we did get into the studio to mark Fin’s 12 week point. He’s such a little smiler now and I just couldn’t let that go by without getting it captured.

 

 

We actually caught his FIRST time to roll over while we were shooting these! What are the odds???

Even though I don’t walk around with a camera attached to my hands, we do seem to get sweet pictures at just the right moments. These are a few of recent shots of Fin (within the last couple of weeks) that I’d love to show off… our family just isn’t the same now that he’s on the scene. We’re so much more… complete. Such a blessing.

He wasn’t so sure about this whole “bath” thing. But he was a good sport over-all.

He especially loved getting dressed again.

This first one was actually taken with my Mama’s cheapy camera! Wouldn’t you know it snows when we left out cameras at the studio! Still, this is a shot for the baby book for sure! Fin’s first winter.

We took Fin to the Greenville Bridal Expo with us last Sunday. I think he was a hit. He MAY have taken attention from our photography! I should have thought about that before bringing such cuteness into the spotlight!
